Our Two-Week Trial Policy
You are offered the option of returning your speaker for up to two weeks after you receive it, for any reason, for a refund of your purchase price. The idea is to remove the risk for you, when buying a product sight-unseen. If you choose to return your speaker, and return it in good condition, your risk is limited to the price of return shipping.
Our Two Year Warranty
Acme Sound Ltd warrants the Acme Low B systems to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of TWO YEARS
from date of purchase. This warranty includes cost of any covered repairs and shipping one way. Warranty not to cover repairs necessary
as a result of abuse. This warranty is voided by any attempt to modify, improve, or reverse engineer the speaker.
Prices
Factory direct sales have allowed us to price our products competitively. Don't let the modest prices fool you. These speakers aren't intended as a low-cost alternative to the speakers
you've seen on MTV.
Shipping Information
Customers outside the contiguous 48 states must pay their own shipping charges. Method of shipment is therefore at your discretion.
Due to the extra work involved in an international shipment, there is a non-refundable service charge of $20 per speaker charged on international orders. The resulting prices are $560 US for the B-2, and $780 for the B-4.
For your information, shipping weight for the B-2 is 55 lbs. (25 kg), and it's carton size is 49x51x70 cm. The B-4 ships at 91 lbs. (41 kg), and measures 71x71x51 cm.
